Les frais de service ne comprennent pas\u001f: Le co\u00fbt des pi\u00e8ces qui doivent \u00eatre remplac\u00e9es, sauf les pi\u00e8ces sous garantie; Le co\u00fbt du nettoyage de la piscine (Tr\u00e9vi n\u2019offre pas ce service) Le produit nettoyant ainsi que le nettoyage de la ou des cartouche(s). La Compagnie d\u00e9posera \u00e0 l&#8217;endroit indiqu\u00e9 par le client les \u00e9quipements qu&#8217;elle enl\u00e8ve lors des pr\u00e9paratifs pour l&#8217;hiver mais sans aucune responsabilit\u00e9 pour les dommages caus\u00e9s lors du d\u00e9placement de ces \u00e9quipements La Compagnie se d\u00e9gage de toute responsabilit\u00e9 relativement aux dommages caus\u00e9s par: Toute fuite d&#8217;eau d\u00e9coulant d&#8217;un affaissement du sol ou de la perforation de la toile; Le poids de la neige ou de la glace sur la toile d&#8217;hiver; Les d\u00e9bris qui pourraient tomber dans la piscine lors de l&#8217;enl\u00e8vement de la toile d&#8217;hiver ou advenant un bris caus\u00e9 \u00e0 celle-ci.<\/p>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"secCaptionform\">La Compagnie ne roule pas, ne plie pas et ne nettoie pas la toile d\u2019hiver. Le client s&#8217;engage \u00e0 enlever tous les d\u00e9bris sur la toile d&#8217;hiver avant le rendez-vous fix\u00e9 pour l&#8217;ouverture. Le client s\u2019engage \u00e0 maintenir le niveau d\u2019eau \u00e0 20&#8243; sous l&#8217;\u00e9cumoir durant la p\u00e9riode d\u2019hivernage. Syst\u00e8me au sel\u001f: la Compagnie ne fera pas la mise en fonction de ce type de syst\u00e8me car l\u2019eau doit \u00eatre pr\u00e9alablement bien \u00e9quilibr\u00e9e avant d\u2019ajouter le traitement choc. Le sel n\u2019est pas fourni. Any refill of water required for the opening of the pool shall be done by the customer.<\/br>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\tService charges do not include:<\/br>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\tthe cost of parts which need to be replaced, except those under warranty;<\/br>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\tthe cost of cleaning the pool (Trevi does not offer this service);<\/br>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\tthe cleanser and cleaning of the cartridge or cartridges.<\/br>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\tThe Company will place the equipment removed during winterizing where indicated by the customer but with no liability for damages caused while moving this equipment.<\/br>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\tThe Company shall not be responsible for any damages resulting from:<\/br>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\tany water leakage arising from the settling of the ground or any perforation of the liner;\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\tweight of ice or snow on the winter cover;<\/br>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\tany debris falling in the pool while removing the winter cover or if damage occurs to winter cover.<\/br>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\tThe Company does not roll, fold or clean the winter cover. The customer agrees to remove all debris from the winter cover before the appointment for the opening. During winterizing period, the customer agrees to maintain the water level at 20&#8243; below the skimmer.<\/br>\r\n\t\t\t\t\tSalt system: the Company will not perform start up for this type of system due to pre-balancing of water before adding shock treatment. Salt not supplied.
